My Outlook 2007 folders fail to open when I set Acrobat 8.1 to archive my emails into pdf.

This doesn't sound like the expected behavior for Acrobat. Can I ask you to submit this to our Bug Report Form at:

Hi mcrouch,

Make sure you have the folder you are archiving open in Outlook and that it is not password protected.
