page size in distiller

I write a catalog in WORD 2000. It's 6" X 10" so In page setup I change the page size to 6 X 10.
 
In distiller, I chage the postScrip page size and the pdf settings to print a 6 X 10 page.
 
But distiller (and acrobat too when I justuse that) ALWAYS changes the page size to letter size.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

While we may not get to every question a quickly as even we would like to, we do try to get to every question. Asking the question multiple times just slows us down getting to everyone's.
