Page Size problem

When I make a PDF of my word 2007 file, the page size changes and also acrobat moves the text boxes (in the main doc) and shapes (in the header) in all pages which contain picture. changing the paper size through these paths does not maintain the page size:
1) Print>Properties>latout>advanced>paper size>Postscript Custom page size
2) acrobat tab (word 2007)>Preferences>advanced settings>General>dafaut page size.

Is the object disruption due to page size change?
how can I fix the page size?

tnx

How are you creating the PDF - by printing to Adobe PDF printer or by using the PDFMaker button in Word 2007?

Try this:
Word>Print>Select Adobe PDF printer>Properties>Adobe PDF Settings tab
In the Adobe PDF page size drop down, press the "Add" button and add your custom page to Adobe PDF printer. This should be exactly the same size as your document in Word.
Now try printing or PDFMaker button.

This is definetly a glitch in Acrobat 8 Standard.

Trying to deinstal version 8 and install good old version 7.
Will let you know the result.
