How to covert PDF back o Micorsoft word?

Click the Export task button and choose Word Document to save as a .doc file.

I'm using Acrobat 7.0 pro and tried the above procedure and it saved the document into word but I lost all of the formatting. Is there another way to convert a pdf back to word and keep the formatting?
