PDF opens in full screen in Reader but won't play automatically

I made a PDF from .jpegs using the multiple file PDF generator function. I then modified it so that it would play full screen with transitions between frames. Everything works OK on my end, but when I send it to the client, when they open it in Reader it goes to full screen but they have to manually toggle between the frames using the mouse or arrow keys. How can I make it so that when the client launches the PDF that it automatically plays the slideshow?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8.0, Windows

Do the remote users have "JavaScirpt" turned off on their Reader application?

I don't know that. My client plans on distrubuting the slideshow at homeshows so I ultimately don't have control over the end users. Or do I?

Then you do not. So you may need to develop an approach to deal with this issue. You could have read only field that by default is displayed and becomes hidden when the the file opens. This field could have information about requiring the JavaScript be enabled to view the PDF and some information about enabling JavaScript in Reader/Acrobat.

This is a dumb question, but how does one enable JavaScript in Reader/Acrobat?

Ok, I sent the file to a more tech savvy client and they told me that the "Advance Every _" box was not checked. It is checked here on my machine. How do I make sure that the box is always checked? After they checked the box it worked fine.

I believe that is a user controlled preference.
Perhaps there is some Acrobat JavaScript for page advance that could be used.
