We have install Adobe on system. when i send a fax or email by snapclose, it showing a message "PDFmaker cannot locate the Acrobat Distiller printer driver. Please reinstall Adobe Acrobat 5.0".
then we again install adobe 5.0 in c: drive.
On a system, when i saved word file to pdf , it shows the same message.
 
we are suing the licenced version of Adobe 5.0. besides this on a system there is Adobe 7.0.
 
pls assist me how can i fix this problem?

It sounds like you are running two versions of Acrobat on the same machine.

I advise you to remove one of them and check the properties of PDF Maker through the control panel, click Printers.

You may have to update the print driver for PDF Maker.
