Ptinting to pdf from MS Access

I recently upgraded from Adobe Acrobat 5.0 to Adobe Acrobat 8 (Professional) and am having problems printing MS Acess reports to pdf. I used to set the PDF printer as my default printer so that when I went to view or print MS Access reports (in Access) they would use the PDF printer as the default printer. Now that i am using Adobe 8 i am getting the following error message each time I try to preview/print a report in Access. "This document was previously formatted for the printer Acrobat Distiller on C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop\*.pdf, but that printer isn't available."
In the message box if i click on Setup and select "Use Specific Printer" under the Page tab I can re-specify to use the Adobe pdf printer, but this is a pain in the a**. I have hundreds of reports I print to PDF and really don't want to do this each time I want to view/print these reports.
I have searched the Adobe site and on the web and have been unable to find someone with the same problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi shooflypie,

Have you tried using the Adobe PDF menu that Acrobat 8 installs within MS Access?
This method also allows you to create bookmarks from report titles and combine a selection of reports into a single PDF document automatically.

Hope this helps,
Lori
