hi Guys,

I got a little problem resizing my pdf. I already tried searching every where but did not get a solution. I have a pdf file (9x14 in) and i want to trim it to 8x11.5 document. It works well with distiller but i lost all the form functionality on the pdf file. Is there a way I can remove/crop/trim the pdf document to the size of 8x11.5? The crop page functionality is not possible coz i am using a 3rd party code to combine pdf multiple pdf. What I am doing is populating multiple pdfs and combine them in one pdf for printing. When the it retrieve the page of the pdf, it will include the hidden/crop page to the new combined pdf file. I would like just to remove part of the pdf document and I am having the hardest time.

I will appreciate any response guys.

Thank you very much.

Kind Regards,

Mel

If you have a PDF file that is not properly formated (which seems to be the case here as you are saying that a basic tool like crop will not work) - perhaps you might either 'print to PDF' - that is, print, and select PDF - so Acrobat prints this file to a new PDF - or maybe even save as a TIFF or JPEG (at 300 or even 600 pixels per inch)- then in Acrobat, creat a new PDF from these TIFF or JPEG files ?

email me a sample PDF at michael [dot] jahn [at] ioflex [dot] com and I might be able to help you a little more once I see this PDF.
