Save text box to use again

Is it possible to save a text box so that it could be inserted into other pdfs as needed? It would certainly save time.

Acrobat Pro 9.0, Windows

This is not elegant but may serve.
Have a file (myTextBoxes.pdf (?))
When you've a text box you'll want again just copy it and paste it into "myTextBoxes.pdf" where
it'll be available for a copy-paste into the next, new PDF.
