Scanning Legal size

Adobe 8.0, I am scanning legal size but I see no option in the Scan Panel to select legal size or 8.5 x 14. Why is that and can I change it.

What scanner are you using? I guess you are using the Hide Native Mode instead of opening the TWAIN Driver.
