When I try to delete the first page of an unprotected PDF, I get the error message "There was a problem reading this document (16)". I can delete any other pages except page 1. I tried moving it, still can't. Any ideas?

Try examining the File Properties. Check the Security, Custom, & Advance properties to see if a property needs to be changed. Also check the Metadata and do a File Save as ...and save it for your version of Acrobat.

I received an email attachment in .pdf format and when I try to open it and print the document I get an error message "There was a problem reading this document (14)". I have check the security, custom and advance properties and all are OK. I have saved the file and tried to open it... no luck. I email the file to my husbands email address...no luck. I tried to open it on another computer under a different email account...no luck. If anyone has a fix, please, please, let me know.
