Where is the "Display Bookmarks and Page" setting in PDFMaker 8.1?

How do I set the opening view on a PDF to show "Bookmarks and Page" using PDFMaker 8.1 with Windows Vista and Office 2007? This option was on the Display Options tab in 5.0, and now that tab is gone. I know I can set it manually in the PDF after I make it, but this is inconvenient and doesn't match our office workflow, nor does batch conversion. (We make a PDF of an analytical report from Word and we immediately send it via email to clients.)

Why would Adobe remove this feature from PDFMaker?

There is no feature for the Initial View options from the PDF Maker unfortunately.

Acrobat is a great tool and gets better with each version, having this functionality brought back would indeed be useful.
