Hi All,

I have a random problem occurring. We will receive a Word document from an outside source. We open it in Word, write it to a PDF file, and all looks well.

However, upon inspection in the middle of a 35 page document, there are several missing sentences. I have not been able to repeat the issue, but it's happened with 2 different users here in the past month. There doesn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary about the original Word file.

Our Word version is 2000
Acrobat version 8 Standard
Windows XP Pro

If anyone has ever encountered this or has any information it would be much appreciated.

How are you creating your PDF from Word? Are you using the PDFMaker macro in Word or Print to PDF from the print menu in Word?

Do you have Track Changes on in Word?
