Hi,

I want to put my PDF portfolio on a CD-Rom. Is it possible to run this portfolio as a stand-alone acrobat application on the CD? I'm afraid, those who get my CD-Rom haven't the newest version of acrobat, to see my portfolio.

Thank you very much
Angela

Unfortunately Reader 9 will be needed to open a Portfolio, and Reader must be installed before it'll run - it doesn't exist in a "portable" version as of yet, though if you ask Adobe nicely you can distribute a copy of the Reader 9 installers on the CD alongside your PDF (they're not particularly big, so it makes sense to put the Windows/Mac/Linux versions all on there if you don't know who'll open the CD).

See http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/rdr_distribution1.php for the distro agreement.
