adding single file into a adobe portfolio

I am learning how to do the portfolios pretty well but have one question.

Once the portfolio is complete, how can I add a file to it? For example, I have a leadership portfolio with a section as a sub file and minutes as a sub file under that. When someone sends me
new minutes, I have to save it to my desktop and then move it into the portfolio. Is there a way to save the file directly to the portfolio?

Thanks for your time,

Sam

If you've been sent an email attachment you should be able to drag and drop the file straight from your email application into the portfolio window in Acrobat, but it will depend on what you're using. If it's the contents of an email message you will have to save it first, as Acrobat can only add complete files, not data.

You can't drag and drop onto the PDF file's icon like you can with ZIP files.
