The PDFMaker interface with the Lotus Notes 7 application only convert the following folders to PDF:

Draft, Sent, Follow Up, Junk Mail and Folders for JunkMail and SendAndFileFolder.

The most important "All Documents" view was excluded. How can I archive an entire Lotus Notes .nsf file to PDF outside of the above folders? Is that a place I could add more folders/views?

My environment is Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard with Lotus Notes 7 on Windows/XP. Thank you.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 9.0, Windows

Are these the steps you're taking to convert to PDF?

1. Choose Actions > Convert Selected Folder(s) To Adobe PDF.
2. In the Convert Folder(s) To PDF dialog box, select the folders. Then select or deselect the Convert This Folder And All Sub Folders option.
3. In the Save Adobe PDF File As, select a location and name for the PDF Portfolio.
