Hyperlinks within documents in a PDF Portfolio?

Is it possible to have hyperlinks between documents in a PDF Portfolio? The files are currently MS Word but I am converting them all to PDFs. Can I retain or create jumps from within one PDF to another inside the Portfolio?

Thanks for any suggestions.

you would have to create new links. To do this in the portfolio, double click on the main document and click the open button (on top right-hand corner). Once that is open, go to tools, advance editing, link tool, with your hairline cross, select when you want your hyperlink and click, go to a page view and from there click on the other document.
