I am demoing Acrobat 9 Pro on a Windows machine to create some sample PDF Portfolios. I am hoping to present them at a budget meeting to purchase the upgrade from 7.0 to 9.0 for our Mac systems - but I am having some strange thumbnail issues. On the Windows system I am creating the portfolio with no issues, but when viewed in Reader 9 on my Mac system the automatically generated thumbnails look inverted/reversed in colors. Is this a platform compatibility issue or a bug in the trial software perhaps? The original files are jpgs, if that info helps.

I'm having the same problem (on a Mac with Acrobat Pro 9.1.1 Full version), the only suggestion from another user was to make sure the jpgs are RGB, but that didn't solve the problem. The only way I found to preview thumbs and enlarge OK was placing a pdf. Still unresolved jpg issue unfortunately.
