I can't find a way to send a Portfolio in a shared review.
 
Did I mess something?

Because of the XML format used to store the comments, Shared Review (and the associated Collaborate Live feature) do not support PDF Portfolios, only "flat" PDF files for which each comment can be located by a single page number.

As such the menu items are disabled when viewing a Portfolio, and if you manually open Tracker and attempt to add a Portfolio it will throw an error.
