Why do my pdf's print slowly. one page prints, then after 30 seconds next page prints. Using 8.0 reader Windows XP pro , HP LJ2605dn

Hi brians1,

Have you tried updating to Acrobat 8.1? If you're on a newer OS -- this version supports the 64-bit Windows OS. Does this problem occur on all PDFs or just one in particular? So many issues can contribute to printing problems, in which case I recommend following the methodology outlined in the Acrobat printing troubleshooting guide at:
