3/8" Border on printouts

Hello,

I have a file with graphics that go out to the edge of the page. When I print, a 3/8" white border is added.

It looks fine on the screen, how do I get it to print out that way?!

Please help!

It might be that the printer cannot print to the edge of the paper instead of something being wrong with the PDF. Most/all printers won't print to the edge of the paper.
Just a idea.
