Hi, I'm having a problem with some of my users using Acrobat Reader 10. The document is displaying blocks instead of text, except for the bold text which is displaying properly.
 
Please help.

This usually occurs when you do not have the necessary fonts on your system and the creator of the PDF did not embed the fonts in the PDF when it was created.
