I bought Acrobat Standard Version 8. I am trying to fill a form.

I am using text box tool and typed text in the box. Default color of text is Red. I am not able to change the color of the text to be black.

I appreciate if you can advise me how I can change the color.

OK, I am going to assume you are using the Text Box Tool to answer questions on a non-fillable PDF.

Click in the box you created with the Text Box Tool and choose View | Toolbars | Properties Bar. Once you find something you like, right-click, choose Properties, and Make Current Properties Default.
