I PRAY that someone can help me out on what I thought would be simple.
The Problem: I scanned a form into a pdf, using acrobat 7 pro I am trying to put Test Fields and check boxes onto the pdf and then print the just the form fields onto an existing form or background. The paper forms themselves are proprietary so I can’t print the entire thing. Whenever I print the text Fields and Check Boxes won’t line up no matter what I do. I have tried cropping and trimming. DOES ANYONE HAVE A SUGGESTION, OR CAN POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION?
I look forward to a response.
2- In Acrobat set the (background) layer to be "never printable", then add forms fields : they'll be printed but not the background-form itself.
3- Another way is to print only form fields by choosing the correct setting in the print dialog options, but this tip is only for self-using, not for (many) end-users...
