Print multiple pages in PDF

I want to print over 150 pages for example:
pages:1,1,3,4,5,5,7,8,9,10,12,12,12,13,14,21,25,29,30,40,55,60,60,61,55,4,8,12,2,100,101,102,10,12,12,12,13,14,21,25,29,30,40,55,60,60,61,55,4,8,12,2,100,101,102,103

But my options allow me to print only 15 pages at a time...tedious. Is there a program that I need to buy that will do this for me. If you go me website you will see a screen shot of my print options.

Interesting problem. Is this particular sequence of pages something you will need to print on a regular basis, or does the sequence change significantly each time you need to print?

the length of the string that can be entered in the 'print range> pages' field box is constrained by the size of the box. So, neither the number 15 nor the sequence of the digits is per se a limiting factor.

I see...and the size of the box cannot be changed. Is there a software that I could buy to increase the print range?

I don't know about other software, but you might consider using JavaScript. I haven't bothered to test it out, but you could, for example, set up a custom menu item of toolbar button that prompts you for the sequence of pages and issues a print command for each page (and/or continuous range, if found) in the sequence. This would create multiple print jobs, but it should result in the page order you want.
