Print Multiple Ranges of Pages

I'd like to be able to print selected pages from pdf documents using a dialogue similar to that in MS Office e.g. print pages 7-22,35-68,87-106 etc. I can only do this at the moment by sending several individual print requests to the printer which is very time demanding and can be confusing.
Is anyone aware of a way of doing this, I did once hear that javascript could be used but I'm not familiar with this process.
Any help would be appreciated.

The Acrobat 8 print menu allows you to send page ranges as you note above (i.e., 1-3, 6-7). You can also open the Pages navigation pane and select the pages you would like to print, right-click and select the Print menu too.
