Printing File Names in Adober Reader X

Is there a way to print files so that the file name and date print on the header or footer of each page or must this be done when creating the pdf file? I'm willing to entertain workoarounds like importing into word or something first. Thanks.

It's not possible if you only have Reader. You need Acrobat to add this functionality.
