Ever since version 8 whenever I need to print multiple copies of a PDF file the software sends the complete file for each copy. This really chokes the RIP or laserprinter and take many times longer to print than needed.
This is causing me a serious production problem. What gives?
What am I missing?

Intel Mac running OS 10.4.10 (Tiger)
Adobe Acrobat Professional 8
Occurs with any PDF from any source.

I have this issue also...

It seems it is something to do with the CS3 software for Intel Macs and the issue has been around for a long time... My only solution at this stage is to print PDFs from the Preview app (built into OSX).
