Printing PDF with comments

I am using Acrobat 8 Professional. I am trying to print a pdf with comments and it will only print it out at 62%, I am printing to 11 x 17 paper, landscape setting. I did the Summarize Comments to set everything up and it still shrinks it down. I need it to be as large as possible. I also have it set to Fit to Printable Area.

Please Help!

Summerize Comments lets you choose the paper size and the font size.
