Can Acrobat convert .prn files (documents, speadsheets, etc. printed to a file from various applications and to various printers) into a readable format? Thank you.

Distiller does (installed with Acrobat) - open the Distiller application and either drag and drop the .PRN file into the window, or use file..open and select the All Files type to locate it. Conversion happens based on the PDF preset selected in the dropdown list.
