One of our users is having a problem printing from Actobat Reader, so I joined this forum to see if anyone can help!
Basically, we have a Windows 2003 Active Directory in place of which the user is a member. We had Acrobat Reader 8 installed on his laptop, and when he tries to print a document the Reader will hang for about ten to fifteen minutes and then produce the print dialogue.
Printing to the printer from other applications is fine. I upgraded the Reader to the latest version 8.1.2 but the problem was still there. I did a bit of Googling and found some people had experienced problems with version 8.1.2 so I removed it and installed 7.0.5, but the problem persists.
Can anyone offer and help or advice?
