Does Quark 6 have a known bug with colorized tiffs? When I colorize a PhotoShop tiff with a Pantone spot color and distill it, it converts to CMYK and does not hold the Pantone Spot color? Quark 4 did not have this problem.
My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0.1, Macintosh
To enable the correct output use the DeviceN color space from the Quark print menu. This will now enable the more advanced colorant to handle this format.
In fact, Quark 4 did not handle this content - only with a special Xtension from AGFA or Creo - maybe you had this loaded in the last?
Give it a whirl and let us know how you get on ...
All the best,
Jon
I've been using Acrobat since v1.0 and still get amazed by its power. An Acrobat ACE since 1999
