I’m trying to find out how to set my PDF files to print automatically when I hit print, instead of bringing up the Print box, where you can change the qty, or choose to print a certain page. I want to be able to click Print, and the document print without any other steps, is this possible?

Yes, it's possible to create a script that will add a new "Quick Print" menu item, or toolbar button, that will print the currently open file silently.
Have a look at the print() method of the Document object in the Acrobat JavaScript Reference files.
