SOME of our users (a small group, but trusted users) are reporting that, when they try to print a report that opens in Acrobat X from Internet Explorer, then try to use the printer icon on the Acrobat menu to print, they get a "progress bar," then "Internet Explorer has stopped working..." IE closes down completely.
They are using the same version of Acrobat (10.1) and IE 8 as everyone else in our school district (hundreds of users).
Anyone else seeing this, or know where I should start looking, to solve it?
