When i try to link SWF using Movie tool, It pops an error saying "No media handlers defined...". I have flash player, quicktime installed. I was working in Mac OSX 10.4.8 and Acro 7 pro. Please help how to fix this.

Check the file extension selected for the movie file and make sure it has a .swf extension. Double check the installation of your flash player & Quicktime. As a final option, run the Repair Acrobat installation to make sure the problem is not with Acrobat.
