I am struggling with my flash rich media annotaions embed on two pdf pages. When I flip between the pages, the flash anotation reloads, even though I defined the activation and deactivation dictionaries as described in the pdf reference.
Activation state: "PV"
Deactivation state: "XD"
Even though I set it to "XD" the flash annotation reloads when flipping the page. I am using iText for the pdf generation and they said, I should ask someone from Adobe because it is a Adobe Reader issue (http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.java.lib.itext.general/54513).

Similar behavior is encountered also in Acrobat 9.x and X, even when the media items are added manually in the PDF. When the PDF is displayed in Acrobat 9, reloading is experienced when paging in either direction. With Acrobat X, reloading is experienced only when moving to the previous page.
