I use Acrobat Profession v7. I recently set the security to password. The compatibility was 5.0 and higher. I set the printing to high resolution.
 
The reader was using Acrobat Reader 6 and could not print it. When I removed the security, he could print it.
 
What did I do wrong. Thanks, in advance, for your help.

Hi dottyw,

Maybe the reader did not have the capability to print with High Resolution. Try again and choose Low Resolution for the print setting in the security options.
