Digital IDs in Reader?

Hi,
Can users create their own digital ID in Reader or must they be using the full version of Acrobat to do this?

Adobe Reader has all the same capabilities as Acrobat with respect to creating Digital IDs. In Adobe Reader, menu item Document > Security Settings brings up the same dialog as Advanced > Security Settings in Acrobat.
