Disable PDF content copy in SharePoint 2003

Greetings! We are attempting to use SharePoint 2003 as our company's searchable forms library. The form PDFs (approximately 2,000) must allow "Enable copying of text, images and other content" so that SharePoint can index the content. However, the content of our forms is closely regulated and we cannot allow users to copy and paste the content from the PDF content into a new form.

Is there any way we can retain SharePoint's indexing while not allowing content copying in Acrobat?

We use Acrobat 8 Professional. Thanks.

Unfortunately this can't be done. If the PDF is protected then it is encrypted, therefore, there is no way for the index services to look inside the document.
