When I sent a request for a digital ID from Professional 8 with an attaced FDF file, the user clicks on it and tries to open with Reader 7, they recieve the following error:

Adobe Reader: The file you are attempting to open contains comments or form data that are supposed to be placed on . This document cannot be found. It may have been moved or deleted. Would you like to browse to attempt to locate this document?

What does this mean?

Try having the user open the FDF file in Reader using the File --> Open command instead of double-clicking.
