How do I disable the email function in Acrobat 8 professional. I don't want people in my company to have the ablity to send posted documents opened with acrobat reader.

Quite simply, you can't. The PDF is a file and can be attached to an email message. There's really no way of preventing users from emailing a PDF document.

You can't prevent users from attaching a PDF to email; however, you can remove the menu item. See the answer to the following post at:
