How to UNBLOCK a URL

When clicking links in a PDF doc (7.0 Reader), a Security Warning dialog is displayed. It prompts me to allow the Reader to open the link or block it. It's got a checkmark to remember the URL. I accidentally selected to block a link and I also checked remember this next time. It's a site I need to go to a lot in my PDF links. I don't know how to UNDO this action to allow the Reader to open the URL in the future. Does anyone know how I can undo this or what file I can edit to remove the blocked URL from the list???

My Product Information:
Reader 7.0.0, Windows

It would help if you tell us what OS and Web browser you're using.

Open your browser preferences and look for the Security settings. If you have an option to Show Cookies, open the list of Cookies and you should see options for removing the URL you have blocked. If you see it, delete the item from the list.

The next time you navigate to the URL you should again be prompted to Allow or Deny.

See if this works. If not, get back to u7s again and let us know what OS and Browser you're using.

I am having the same problem. I am using Acrobat Reader 7.0 on Windows XP Professional. I have downloaded a PDF document which contains hyperlinks. When the security box popped up, I accidently hit block, and have not found a setting to unblock it. How do I unblock document hyperlinks to a website?

Did you check your browser Preferences? I'm not sure how to change a blocked URL if you can't make the change in the Preference.

OK, I am coming here with the same question. Did anyone find out how to correct this. And just in case it is blocked within Acrobat and not my web browser or OS.

Went somewhere else and found the answer and figured I would post here since it had not been answered here. Here goes:

IN ADOBE ACROBAT
1. Choose Edit > Preferences.
2. Under Categories, Select Trust Manager.
3. Under Resource Access, Select "Change Site Settings".
4. Do one of the following:
— Enter the URL of a site and click Allow.
— Enter the URL of a site and click Block.
— Select a URL in the Site list and choose Remove.

Hope this helps! Cheers!
