We receive the following error message when a user tries to sign a document created in Adobe 6.0 while using Adobe Acrobat 9.0 on the network ... 'The document could not be saved. Cannot save to this filename. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder.'
A new file is created beginning with aaa i.e., aaa01800
We do not have this issue on users who are still using Adobe 6.0 Pro - only with users who have Adobe Std 9.0.
Users who have Adobe 9.0 and have modify permissions in the network folders do not have a prolem saving the file with the current file name. Users with write only permissions need to use 'save as' to sign off on document. We do not want all users to have modify permissions.
