I want to electronically publish a newsletter that cannot be printed or forwarded to unauthorized readers due to sensitive content. Is this possible with Acrobat 8.0 Professional? Not asking for a tutorial, just a shove in the right direction.

You can secure documents against printing. For preventing documents from being forwarded, you can't do that out of the box from Acrobat. You need a server product.
