In Acrobat DC, you use the menu located under File > Save As Other > Reader Extended PDF.

8, 2016-01-07 07, 2016Trying to enable usage rights in a form that we created. All instructions refer us to an Advanced menu, which we can’t seem to find in my new Acrobat Pro DC version.
