Only the Pro. version of Acrobat X has the Actions capability not Standard.

I have Acrobat X but I don’t have all the options shown in the Tutorial under “Tools.” Among others, I don’t have “Action Wizard.” I only have Pages, Content, Forms, Recognize Text, Protection, and Sign & Certify.
Any idea why the difference? My version of Acrobat X is 10.1.9.
