Learn how to combine and merge PDF from multiple sources—including text files, spreadsheets, emails, web pages, scanned paper, and images—into a single PDF file that brings all your information together in one place. Use the new Thumbnail view to preview, drag and drop, and arrange documents or individual pages before combining them into a PDF file—just like sorting presentation slides.

Hi Johnny Smith,

Can you let me know what version/OS you’re running Acrobat on? Do you not see the Combine dialog? This feature is only available in Acrobat and not just the free Reader.

Thanks,
Lori

Can I create multiple pdf files from tiff images in a folder tree structure? e.g.

tiffs\acc001\*.tif
tiffs\acc002\*.tif
tiffs\acc003\*.tif

I need to get acc001.pdf , acc002.pdf , acc003.pdf etc.

Hi Sue Romaine,

You’ll need to make sure that you’re running Acrobat and not just the free Reader on your new computer.

Thanks,
Lori
