In Acrobat XI you can design a group of form check boxes that permit only a single response from among the group, and they are considered mutually exclusive. When one check box is checked, all other check boxes within a group are cleared of data and remain unmarked.You can also design a series of form check boxes where more than one response is needed within a common group of fields.

Hi Patty, thanks for following up. I discovered that the link was taking me to the iOS version rather than the PC version. By going onto the site I was able to get the PC version.
