When I send a PDF it sometimes displays with the cover letter, and sometimes doesn't.
I do not want it to display with the cover letter.How can I prevent such display - accessible only by clicking on the 'Enclosure' arrowhead. Thanks

Are you creating PDFs from multiple files when this happens? If so, when you combine PDFs make sure you turn off the Use Adobe template under the Select Cover Sheet option when assembling your PDFs.
