I just installed the Adobe Acrobat Reader XI and when I print a document, the message “The document could not be printed” followed by “There were no pages selected to print”.

Please advice

Hi John Buxton,

The first version of Acrobat to support the iPad is DC (Document Cloud) so you’ll probably want to consider this. If you subscribe to Acrobat DC, you can install your subscription software on up to two computers plus download and use the Acrobat DC mobile app. So, one subscription would cover all your devices. You can learn more here:

Thanks,
Lori

Hi Christopher Bray,

What type of system/device is Reader DC automatically installing on?

Thanks,

I am still using Acrobat 8.  I am a VERY small business and computers consist of 1 laptop, 1 desktop and an iPad.  What is the least cost to upgrade to a more recent Acrobat product.  Does not need to be the lastest version.
